Changing the world, one student at a time
We are a school where children find the joy in learning — and thus make it possible for them to continue learning for the rest of their lives.
To think mathematically.
To solve problems.
To create things.
To encounter great literature that inspires their character development.
To build themselves as capable, efficacious beings.
To place themselves in history and in society.
To spark meaningful friendships and deep personal values that last a lifetime.
Our goal at Guidepost Montessori is to serve each individual child, to help them realize their limitless potential, and the opportunities they will have to create real and lasting change throughout their lifetime.
Hear from our Bee Cave Families
Guidepost Montessori Bee Cave is amazing!! The entire team from the guides (teachers) to the school director, to the aides, are so engaged, kind, and supportive. They set a warm atmosphere of inclusion and independence for the children. I can't believe the leaps and bounds in development our child has made there in just 5 months. Then this is the place for you. I also love the diversity of the staff. It is such a gift for our kids to learn from a team who represents many cultures, languages, and interests. Finally - for you working parents out there - the school takes minimal holidays. I think it is closed 5 days a year. That is incredible! The continuity of amazing care and learning can't be beaten. We love Guidepost Montessori Bee Cave and know you will, too.
"I have peace of mind"
With newborn, preemie twins during COVID, it was an extremely difficult decision to know what the right thing to do would be when I returned back to work. Take a longer maternity leave? Nanny at home? Daycare?
Ultimately, I decided to put my 3.5-month-old twins in daycare at Guidepost Montessori - I checked out 3 other daycares in the area and decided on this one - I'm so glad I did! The staff know me on a first name basis and pay great attention and care to my babies. With frequent updates, pictures and detailed daily reports, I have peace of mind. I would definitely recommend them.
Guidepost Montessori at Bee Cave has exceeded my expectations"
Guidepost Montessori at Bee Cave has exceeded my expectations as a pre-school for my 3-year-old. Everyone at Guidepost is warm, friendly, and genuinely concerned with the development and care of my child. I am amazed that the continued communication and attention to detail given by the Director and Teacher, especially during the Covid-19 protocols. I highly recommend sending your child to Guidepost in Bee Cave - our daughter is very happy there.

Stay connected to your child's learning
Thanks to our app Transparent Classroom, you get a window into your child’s experience of school daily.
Your child’s Lead Guide will share what your child is learning and what their real-time assessments are - this way you can very closely follow your child’s development throughout the day, months, and years you stay within the Guidepost network. If you transfer from one of our locations to the next, your child’s progress and continuity will be tracked in the app and readily accessible. Read more about Transparent Classroom here.
In this app you will see important notes and milestones such as:
- Daily toileting, eating (bottle feeding for infants), and sleeping habits
- Curriculum introduction, progress, and completion
- End of day summary of all activities
- Notes such as bringing in more diapers or a new set of clothes
- Reminders for upcoming classroom events like birthdays, holidays, or special occasions
