Discover the benefits of our Spanish Immersion programs

Both our Toddler and Children's House programs offer Spanish curriculum, designed to provide a comprehensive and engaging learning experience that allows children to immerse themselves in the Spanish language. Our goal is to provide our students with a solid foundation in Spanish, helping them to become confident and proficient speakers of the language.

The Spanish immersion program at Guidepost Montessori at Alicia is not only limited to language classes, it also includes cultural activities, games, songs, and stories that help to build an understanding and appreciation for the Spanish-speaking culture. Our students are exposed to different aspects of the language, such as grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation, and they are encouraged to use the language in a natural and meaningful way.

We believe that learning a second language at a young age can be beneficial in many ways. It can help children to develop cognitive and problem-solving skills, improve their ability to communicate effectively, and broaden their understanding of the world!

Hear from our Alicia Families

I wasn't a believer at first but after seeing our son grow so much in the last year and a half this is hands down worth every penny. Everyone is so caring and loving of the kids and full of smiles. Our son has grown into such an independent little boy and takes so much pride in doing/attempting things himself. Ms. Ivana and Ms. Renah are operating a first class facility.

"We are forever grateful to the teachers and staff"

Our children (ages 3 & 4) have been at Guidepost at Alicia since they were each 2 years old. I am a stay at home mom, so the best choice for us is their 1/2 day program. The development and growth I have witnessed has been profound. I'm a native Spanish speaker, and raising bilingual children in a primarily English-speaking home has been challenging. Having the kids at Guidepost has given them a strong foundation in the Spanish language, that is much easier for me to maintain at home. Our oldest is doing addition, reading, writing, she can sew, and is completely fluent in Spanish. Our youngest is on the same path. We are forever grateful to the teachers and staff, they are truly like family to us.

"Guidepost Montessori at Alicia has exceeded my expectations"

My son has been a Guidepost for a year and a half. Guidepost at Alicia has the Montessori philosophy and SPANISH IMMERSION. That right there checks off two major driving factors as to why my child attends this school. Everyday you are greeted with a warm smile from Ms. Ivana and Ms. Renah. All the guides are so happy and full of energy. The guides and staff treat my son like their own child. My kid is surrounded by guides that want to support him and aid in his success. I love how bright, clean and peaceful the classrooms feel. The snacks offered are healthy and fresh. My son has grown so much in the last year and half. I feel that enrolling my child at this school has been one of my best parenting decisions yet.
