When you join Guidepost as a newly, enrolled family, you have the option to lock-in savings through our Tuition Prepayment program. See below for details.

FAQs

Families who prepay will receive credits in the following amounts:

  • ​​​​​​​Parent prepays $10K, you will receive a $300 credit
  • Parent prepays $25K, you will receive a $1,500 credit
  • Parent prepays $50K, you will receive a $5,000 credit
  • Parent prepays $75K (or more), you will receive a $9,000 credit
  • Parents can also opt to "gift" their credit to your school's financial aid fund

Q: I have multiple children enrolling in your program. Can I make a larger prepayment to cover the tuition fees for multiple children?

A: Yes. We have many families that prepay for multiple children enrolling at a time within their account. As such, you can deposit a lump sum prepayment into your Smartcare account to receive your credit and this can cover the prepayments for several children.

Q: Are credit card and ACH fees covered for your tuition prepayment program?

A: Yes! Our goal is to maximize the number of families who can take part in this program. Once a lump sum deposit is made into your Smartcare account, your School Leadership team will provide a credit for the amount of the transaction fee directly into your account.

Q: Am I eligible for the prepayment credit if my student receives financial aid?

A: Yes! Everyone can take advantage of our tuition prepayment program.

Q: What happens if I decide to leave the program?

A: If families elect to withdraw from the program prior to prepayment funds being fully utilized, they are eligible to receive a refund of the remaining balance, but they no longer receive the full prepayment credit.

Such refund will be equal to the remaining balance, reduced by the prepayment promo credit (the "Credit Adjustment").
